The Markham Aquatic Club Board of Directors would like to invite all members to our Annual General Meeting.

Elections of New Board Positions

The following six board members will remain on for their second year:

• Lisa Chow
• Andrew Fitzpatrick
• Peter McNamara
• PK Ramachandran
• Kevin Walker
• Janice Young

Six positions will be available at the AGM.  The following candidates have put their names forward (* indicates a current board member):

• Mike Czestochowski *
• Joyce Kwan
• Deepak Paradkar *
• Mohammad Nadeem Qureshi
• Angela Wang
• Y.Y. Wong

Notes

1. Proxy votes will be permitted.  Please complete a proxy form if you are not able to attend the meeting.
2. Applications for amendments to the by-laws must be submitted to the club secretary.
3. Members that would like to run for open board positions should submit their name to the club secretary.
